Client Communication and Project Management System
Communication and management are very important in the building process. At Tanner Built Homes we use an all inclusive program for Client Communication and Project Management called CoConstruct. CoConstruct allows our clients to communicate with us remotely and keep up to date with what is going on on their project. In house, we are also able to track leads, create our schedule, preform and approve change orders, and share photos. Having all of these tasks in one program ensures that our clients get the most organized and fulfilling building process we can offer.
Client Communication
CoConstruct has a great messaging feature that can be used on cell phones or computers. Our clients can send us messages with questions about anything, at any time. This allows all of our communication to be documented for easy reference later on. Clients can easily make changes to selections using CoConstruct too!
Leads
Tracking leads is very important for us as a company and to our potential clients. In CoConstruct, we are able to track our leads from our website, phone calls and Facebook. We are able to make notes about the conversations that we have and keep them all in once place for our whole team to view. This allows us to stay in contact with our leads, making communication much more efficient.
Scheduling
With the scheduling tool on CoConstruct, we are able to create a schedule for each project, allowing us to stay organized and on top of each one. We can even view the schedule for all of our projects at once!
Change Orders
Clients make changes all of the time and CoConstruct makes it super easy to draft and approve change orders. We are able to send change orders to clients for their approval and we can approve them on our side as well. Clients can see details of the change and how much it will cost. This helps ensure that our clients know exactly how much they are spending and where that money is being spent!
Photos
Photos are a great way for clients to see what is happening on their project. We can upload pictures of progress, or even upload pictures to better help a client answer questions about their home. Clients can visually see what is going on at their home without having to go to the site.
